Caracas, 20 Abr. AVN.- On Wednesday, Venezuelan opposition coalition MUD announced it will continue the agitation agenda aimed at creating a spiral of violence to justify a coup in the nation, and called its followers to "resist" at flashpoints of violence that have spread across the country.
At a press conference offered by the coalition to give a report of Wednesday's demonstration, in which they convened almost 30 rallies in the city of Caracas, Henrique Capriles, representative of the right-wing party Primero Justicia (PJ), celebrated the violence created in some of these places, where the usual clash groups –with their faces completely covered– destroyed public goods, and even trespassed on private property, to collect solid waste and block streets and avenues, from where they attacked with stones and bottles the security forces attempting to restore public order.
Miranda state governor also called these acts "resistance," and said that one of the main requirements to abandon the street violence agenda is the untimely programming of general elections, contrary to what is established in Venezuela's Constitution.
His statement, along with the call to take to the streets in a piecemeal way, that seeks to generate various hotbeds of violence and vandalism throughout the country, is aligned with the international media set up the Venezuelan right carries on with the complacency of interests of world power centers, to foster a foreign intervention in the internal affairs of Venezuela and, through this, to stage a coup d'etat against the constitutional government of President Nicolas Maduro.
The Venezuelan opposition aroused great expectations in its followers for this day, which would finally achieve an unconstitutional interruption of a democratically elected government. In turn, the international spokesmen of the right were speaking about what would happen on Wednesday in the country, when it was supposed to be just another political rally.
After the new failure, members of the Venezuelan right-wing coalition spoke out to ratify their intention to take over Venezuela's political power through unconstitutional means, and in the middle of a coup plot based on criminal actions, which was dismantled and neutralized by security and intelligence bodies of the Venezuelan state, the MUD continues with the attempted coup.
