Venezuela stands in solidarity with American people after Las Vegas shooting

 

Caracas, 03 Oct. AVN.- The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela expressed its deepest sympathy and solidarity with the American people after the shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada, in which 58 people died.

Through a communique issued by Venezuela's foreign ministry, the country also rejected any type of violent act aimed at terrorizing people.

Following is the full text of the communique:

The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela expresses to the people of the United States of America its deepest condolences after the unfortunate events in the city of Las Vegas, Nevada, where a mass shooting left at least 58 people and many wounded, on October 1.

We strongly reject this and any acts of violence aimed at terrorizing the population and express our deepest solidarity with the victims and their families affected by this attack.

On behalf of our people and government, we raise our prayers for the early recovery of the wounded and the rest of those who lost their lives. We hope that all those responsible will be brought to justice.
